Terms and Conditions

All hunters must have contracts and waivers signed prior to hunting.

Hunt price is for one trophy buck and one doe. Taking of trophy buck is not guaranteed.

All hunters must comply with Bighorn's size restrictions. (135 min.)($500 fine otherwise)

Bighorn encourages the taking of does for all hunters.

All Bighorn hunts strictly follow the rules of Fair Chase.

Hunting License, Permits, and habitat stamp fees are the responsibility of the hunter.

All hunters are responsible for transportation to and from hunting areas.

All hunts include lodging.

All hunts are considered semi guided, but guides are available anytime during your hunt.

All hunters must provide their own stands unless other arrangements are made prior to the hunt.

Hunters are expected to bring at least one lock on stand and some sort of climbing device. Screw in steps are acceptable.

Hunters must provide their own safety harness / device and are required to use it at all times while hunting.

Hunters are required to report all deer wounded or taken.

Hunters must respect the property, landowners, guides and other hunters.

50% deposit of hunt is due within 10 days after booking your hunt.

Remaining balance due on archery hunts by June 01.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Remaining balance due on gun hunts by July 15. Hunt price is fully refundable if not drawn.

Our archery and gun hunters have been 100 percent successful in the drawings.
